The deliverable D2.2 provides a list of functional requirements and a list of use-cases for the both project scenarios: eHealth and Financial Services.
In addition to the required output, this document reports as well on the requirement elicitation process carried out by the consortium.
The tools applied for eliciting requirements and for schematically representing the users involved in each scenario are those widely applied in the user-centered design practices, i.e., interviews and workshop for the elicitation phase and Personas and user journey maps for the representation of the outcomes.
The schematic description of tasks carried out by experts, depicted with the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) notation, provides a valuable addition to the Personas and user journey maps as it establishes a bridge between the elicitation activity and the list of requirements and use cases. It is in such tasks where the advances provided by WITDOM will be beneficial for practical and real-life tasks.
